My local Costco does not offer Transitions Xtractive (they are always slightly tinted even indoors and then get darker than regular Transitions outdoors).
They also don't say what anti-reflective coating they use, but it is a high quality coating. I don't have any specifics on ratings, etc. but my experience has been excellent with it.
If you are interested in regular Transitions at Costco, may local Costco has polycarbonate lenses for $75 and it is an extra $35 for Transitions. If you get the high index lens, the standard price is $100 and it is $160 with Transitions.
